🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end production operations of the rusk manufacturing unit
• Handle plant setup, production line installation & commissioning
• Monitor baking, slicing, drying, packing & dispatch operations
• Ensure GMP, GHP, HACCP & food safety compliance
• Improve process efficiency, reduce wastage & maintain production quality
• Coordinate with QA, Engineering, SCM & Maintenance teams
• Supervise manpower planning and smooth shift operations
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG/Bakery manufacturing
• Mandatory experience in rusk manufacturing processes
• Strong knowledge of baking, slicing, drying & packing operations
• Experience in production reporting, wastage control & process optimization
• Good leadership, team management & documentation skills
