🔹 Unit Head – Distillery
📍 Location: Eastern UP Unit
🎓 Qualification:
• B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical Engineering
• Diploma in Chemical Engineering
• Bio-Technology
• DIFAT
👨💼 Experience:
✅ Minimum 15 years in the Distillery industry
✅ At least 5 years in a leadership role
✅ Hands-on expertise in Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) operations
✅ Preference for candidates from molasses-based distilleries
📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Distillery operations & production planning
• Process optimization & operational efficiency
• Compliance with EHS, excise & pollution norms
• Team leadership & performance management
• Coordination with government & regulatory bodies
