📢 Urgent Opening – Quality Control Officer (Food Industry)
- Location: Pune & Bharoda (Anand District, Gujarat)
- Experience: 1 to 3 Years
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Microbiology.
- Industry: Food Processing / FMCG
- CTC: As per industry standards
About the Role:
We are looking for a Quality Control Officer to ensure that all products meet the required quality and safety standards. The role involves monitoring production processes, conducting tests, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with food safety norms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine sampling and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
- Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices across production areas.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other regulatory standards.
- Maintain proper documentation of quality checks, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Assist in internal audits, supplier quality checks, and customer complaint analysis.
- Support implementation of HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of food quality systems and regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of microbiological and chemical testing methods
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
