Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities:
The person will be responsible for ensuring that all dairy products meet quality, safety, legal, and regulatory standards. He will oversee the implementation of quality control systems, monitor processing operations, and ensure compliance with food safety guidelines, such as FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, and GMP.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance & Control
Implement and maintain quality control systems for milk and dairy products (e.g., pasteurized milk, cheese, yogurt, butter, ghee, etc.).
Perform raw milk quality checks (SNF, Fat, MBRT, acidity, antibiotics, etc.).
Monitor in-process and final product parameters (moisture, fat content, microbial limits, packaging integrity).
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP standards.

Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of food microbiology, dairy chemistry, and processing technology.
- Familiar with FSSAI guidelines, ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP.
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or equivalent.
- Certifications in Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), HACCP, ISO are added advantages.
