- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the production department.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure production goals are met.
- Train and supervise production staff to meet safety and performance standards.
- Monitor production output and quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategic plans for production.
- Analyze production data and trends to make informed decisions and projections.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Assist in budget development and manage expenses within the production department.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce costs.
Responsibilities:

- Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as needed.
