🔬 We’re Hiring – R&D Manager (Food Technology) At Crust N Crumb, innovation is at the heart of everything we do.
We’re looking for a seasoned Manager – R&D with 8-10+ years of experience to lead our product development initiatives in the baking and food ingredient space.
Role Highlights:
- Degree in Food Technology
- Deep knowledge of enzymes, emulsifiers & hydrocolloids
- Strong product development, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi & Malayalam a plus
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of enzymes, emulsifiers, and hydrocolloids in bakery products
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Hindi and Malayalam is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, observation, reasoning, problem-solving, and risk management skills
- Advanced knowledge of food technology and related fields
- Ability to lead product development, conduct trials, and collaborate cross-functionally with QA and production teams
