Empire Foods, a division of Empire Industries Ltd., and one of India’s leading importers of premium frozen seafood and meat, is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team.
This is a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage QA policies, procedures, and standards
• Conduct audits & inspections for regulatory and internal compliance
• Collaborate with procurement and operations to resolve quality issues
• Monitor metrics, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement
• Lead QA team, manage budgets and ensure documentation
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of QA experience (frozen food industry preferred)
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations & QMS
• Certifications in QA or food safety are a plus
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
