Dr. Food Nutri Industries is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Production & Product Development to join our team in Kochuveli, Trivandrum.
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in food manufacturing, quality systems, product development, and regulatory documentation, who are passionate about working with 100% natural food products.
- Location: Kochuveli, Trivandrum (candidates must be based in or around Trivandrum)
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in a food manufacturing unit
- Qualification: Food Technology / Food Science or related fields
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production operations and ensure product quality
- Manage product development and R&D activities
- Maintain documentation and records as per regulatory requirements
- Implement and monitor CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
- Handle procurement of raw materials and packaging materials
Additional Advantages:
- HACCP certification
- FoSTaC certification
- Ability to communicate in Hindi
