WE’RE HIRING: Plant Head
Are you an experienced manufacturing leader looking for your next big challenge? NF Pvt. Ltd. is expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic and visionary Plant Head to lead our operations at Savli GIDC, Vadodara, Gujarat!
In this role, you will drive end-to-end plant operations, production planning, retail packing, maintenance, and quality excellence while fostering a culture of safety and high performance.
Key Requirements:
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, or Food Technology.
- Experience: 15–18 years of manufacturing experience, with 5+ years in plant leadership (Food, Spices, FMCG, or Process Manufacturing preferred).
- Core Competencies: Strong leadership, team management, process optimization, and problem-solving skills.
