Production Incharge
Alpino Health Foods Private Limited is hiring for a Production Incharge position at its food manufacturing facility in Surat.
📍 Location: Surat
🌙 Shift: Night Shift
🕗 Timing: 8 PM to 8 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily production activities
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per plan
- Monitor production processes and manpower
- Minimize raw material wastage
- Maintain production records and reports
- Coordinate with QA/QC, Stores and Maintenance teams
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and GMP practices
- Monitor machine operations and coordinate during breakdowns
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation
- Guide and manage production staff during the shift
- Handle production-related issues and ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards
Requirements:
- Experience in food manufacturing / food industry preferred
- Good knowledge of production processes and manpower handling
- Ability to independently manage a production team
- Willingness to work in the night shift from 8 PM to 8 AM
