Job Details:
- Position: Sr. Quality Shift Incharge
- Location: Bikaner, Rajasthan
- Qualification: B.Tech in Food Technology / B.Sc.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years
- Industry Preference: Candidates with a Namkeen industry background
- Eligibility: Candidates from Rajasthan only
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of RM, PM and FG as per established standards
- Conduct in-process, finished goods, process and ETP water testing
- Maintain QMS compliance, documentation and traceability
- Handle quality complaints, RCA and corrective actions
- Coordinate with production teams to prevent quality losses
- Ensure QC laboratory hygiene, calibration and safety reporting
