ICAR – Central Institute of Fisheries Education (ICAR-CIFE), Mumbai is inviting applications for a Young Professional-II (YP-II) position to support the operational activities of the NABL Cell.

🎓 Essential Qualification:
Master’s degree in:
Aquaculture / Post-Harvest Technology / Fish Biotechnology / Aquatic Health Management / Fish Nutrition & Feed Technology / Food technology /Biochemistry / Microbiology or a related discipline.
⭐ Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
- Knowledge/experience with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards
- Basic skills in microbiology, molecular biology, biochemistry and/or analytical chemistry

💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update NABL documentation and QMS
- Support implementation of QMS procedures and internal audits
- Manage Certified Reference Materials (CRMs) and ensure traceability
- Support equipment calibration and laboratory compliance
- Assist with meetings, management reviews, audits and training programmes
- Receive/process samples and facilitate issuance of test reports
- Support promotion and marketing of laboratory services
