Officer – Production

- Location: Kotputli, Keshwana, Rajasthan
VRB Consumer Products is looking for an experienced Officer – Production to manage and drive day-to-day production operations while ensuring smooth manufacturing, quality standards, food safety and timely achievement of production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily production plans and ensure targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Ensure production activities comply with SOPs, GMP, food safety, CCP/OPRP and quality standards.
- Manage manpower allocation, shift activities and smooth day-to-day shop-floor operations.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Monitor wastage and downtime and identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in production operations, preferably in the food or FMCG manufacturing industry.
- Good understanding of production processes, GMP and food safety practices.
- Strong shop-floor management and team-handling skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and achieve production targets.
