Shramik Group is into Milk & Food Processing Industries. Expanding its operations with the launch of a new set-up of Condensed Milk Plant, Whole Milk Powder Plant, Skim Milk Powder Plant, Cream & Butter Processing, Ghee & AMF Manufacturing and Ice Cream Plant.
Shramik Milk and Food Processing Industry, Sangamner is hiring for its Milk Powder Plant & Milk Process Plant (SCADA Based).
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor SCADA-based milk processing and milk powder plants
- Monitor process parameters and ensure product quality, safety and efficiency
- Operate pasteurizer, homogenizer, evaporator, spray dryer, CIP and other equipment
- Ensure smooth milk reception, processing, evaporation, drying and powder handling
- Troubleshoot process issues and take corrective actions
- Supervise shift manpower and ensure discipline, safety and SOP compliance
- Maintain shift reports, records and documentation
- Coordinate with Maintenance, QA/QC and other departments
- Achieve production targets with minimum downtime and product loss
Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in:
- Dairy Technology
- Food Technology
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Instrumentation
- Chemical Engineering
- Related fields
Experience:
2–6 years of experience in:
- Milk Processing Plant
- Milk Powder Plant
- SCADA-based Dairy Plant
- Food Processing Plant
Required Skills:
- SCADA / DCS / HMI operation
- Process control and plant operations
- Troubleshooting
- Team handling
- Quality & safety compliance
