Job Description:
• Supervise daily food production activities
• Ensure GMP, GHP, and hygiene compliance
• Manage and lead production team effectively
• Support recipe development and standardization
• Control raw material usage and reduce wastage
• Maintain production records and documentation
• Coordinate with Quality, Stores, and Dispatch teams
• Train staff on SOPs and safety practices
Required Skills:
• Knowledge of food industry and kitchen operations
• GMP, GHP, and food safety practices
• Recipe development and process improvement
• Team handling and leadership skills
• Good documentation and communication skills
• MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word)
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
• 0–1 years’ experience in food production or large kitchens
• Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Hotel Management, B.Sc. Ag. or related field
