Position Overview
The QA Executive shall be responsible for ensuring hygienic condition of plant, Glass audit , support the operational quality and other QA/ QC related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support to 3rd shift operation – approx. 15 days/month.
- Pre-dispatch Inspection—Daily activity.
- Glass audits of process area—weekly, fortnightly, and monthly.
- Ensure hygienic conditions/FSSAI Schedule 4 compliance of the plant.
- In the case of imported products by McCormick—Labeling at bonded warehouse—15 days.
- Monitoring of cold room – temperature and WIP, raw material status, and labelling.
- Support NPD trials—Preparing reports
- Training to shop floor team on Personal Hygiene and GMP- Pep Talk daily
- Support for Incoming Packaging material testing and clearance
- Verification of CAPA for pest control audits
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food technology/ M.Sc.. Food science .
- 1-2 years of in QA / QC
- Experience in Food Industry.
- MS-Office tools, chemical & physical testing related to Food.
