🔎 Role Overview
The role focuses on ensuring consistent product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance by driving daily quality operations, process control, and cross-functional coordination to proactively manage risks and improve systems.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily quality operations across manufacturing, packaging, and WTP
- Ensure food safety compliance and strong process controls
- Manage customer complaints through RCA & CAPA
- Monitor co-packers and drive continuous quality improvement
🎓 Who Can Apply
- Relevant educational background in Food Tech / Biotechnology / Microbiology
- Experience in beverage or food industry preferred
- Hands-on experience with co-packers
- Experience handling consumer complaints
