🔍 About the Role
Are you passionate about bringing innovative food and beverage products to life? Nestlé is seeking a Senior Executive – Product & Process Development to support impactful R&D projects. You’ll play a key role in driving product innovation, improving processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that delight consumers.
🧠 What You’ll Do
- Support end-to-end product and process development projects under Nestlé’s NPDI (New Product & Development Introduction) framework.
- Assist in managing R&D deliverables in alignment with business priorities.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (R&D, technical, operations) and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Build strong working relationships across functions to enhance coordination and delivery.
- Apply project management fundamentals to ensure milestones are met.
🎯 Who We’re Looking For
✔ Experience in R&D, product development or a technical role (ideally in food, nutrition, or FMCG)
✔ Strong teamwork and communication skills
✔ Problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation
