We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager– PQA
- Department: Quality
- Location: Crown Beers India Pvt Ltd Sangareddy (On-site)
- Experience: 5-8 Years
- Education: Science Graduate/Post Graduate
Role Purpose:
To drive Packaging Quality performance by ensuring consistent implementation of SOPs/GOPs, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and building capability through training and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Packaging Quality Control (PQC) from Filler to Warehouse
- Conduct PQA audits, packaging analysis, and calibration of quality instruments
- Coordinate with Packaging during changeovers to ensure quality compliance
- Review PQC check sheets, identify deviations, and support closure of gaps
- Manage packaging raw material analysis and hold beer procedures
- Maintain accurate quality data, control charts, KPIs, and documentation
- Act as SME for packaging quality instruments and lab operations
- Train operators and new Packaging Quality Analysts
- Support sensory activities, sampling, tasting, and reporting
- Troubleshoot packaging material issues and liaise with suppliers
- Ensure 5S, safety, and food safety compliance in labs and operations
- Own Logistics Pillar and QA Block Owner (CC) responsibilities
- Keep QA and Packaging Managers informed of all quality issues.

- High focus on safety and food safety culture
