Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to oversee food safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance in our noodles manufacturing unit. The role involves ensuring compliance with FSSAI, ISO 22000/HACCP, and maintaining high product quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP & FSSAI compliance
• Monitor raw material, in-process, and finished product quality
• Lead internal, external, and regulatory audits
• Manage food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices
• Handle customer complaints and CAPA
• Train staff on quality and food safety standards
Qualification:
• B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
Experience:
• 5–10 years in food manufacturing (noodles/FMCG preferred)
• Salary: Negotiable
Key Skills:
