We’re Hiring | Assistant Production Manager – Biscuits Manufacturing 🍪
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Assistant Production Manager to join our growing biscuits & snacks manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will support daily production operations, ensure quality standards, and drive efficiency on the shop floor.
📍 Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
🏭 Industry: Biscuits
🕒 Experience: 3–5 years (Manufacturing background preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and monitoring daily production activities
• Ensure adherence to quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Coordinate with production, QA, maintenance, and stores teams
• Support manpower planning and shift management
• Monitor wastage, productivity, and process efficiency
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and safety norms
Desired Profile:
• Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc. in Food Technology / Production / Engineering
• Experience in biscuits, bakery, or FMCG manufacturing
• Strong floor-handling and team coordination skills
• Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality systems
