- Position: Egg Quality Control (QC) Executive / QA Executive – Egg
- Location: Hosur – Vendor Site
- Experience: 1–3 Years
- Compensation: ₹3–4 LPA
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Veterinary Science, Food Processing, or Quality Control, graduation/post graduation in food technology/microbiology/biotechnology/Bio chemistry.
- The preferred male candidate and travel would be there.
- Strong knowledge of FSMS, FSSAI regulations, and food safety standards
- Experience in egg quality operations preferred
- Exposure to retail or FMCG industry is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily QC checks for incoming and finished products
- Monitor vendor hygiene, process control, and compliance
- Ensure labelling, packing, and quality standards
- Implement FSMS and handle customer complaints or CAPA
- Train vendor teams on GMP, hygiene, and food safety
