VACANCY….Job Title: Food Technologist – Quality Control & New Product Development

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks and lab analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Support new product development from trials to production.
- Perform factory visits to monitor hygiene, processes, and product quality.
- Handle third-party audits (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, BRC).
- Ensure compliance with export and customer specifications.
- Prepare reports and coordinate with production, procurement, and export teams.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in food manufacturing or export.
- Good knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, and BRC standards.
- Experience in quality checks, lab testing, audits, and factory visits.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
