Job Description
What are the Key Deliverables in this role?
Financial Outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen, process capability analysis, and manage 3P QA teams and related reporting.
Customer Service
- Handle customer complaints by conducting Root Cause Analysis and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions.
- Conduct product sensory, Raw Team inspection, and release.
Internal Processes
- Ensure quality control for Incoming Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, in-process items, and Finished Goods as per protocols.
- Review shift reports timely and manage Finished Goods release in SAP.
- Maintain compliance with FSSC V 6 standards within the unit.
- Coordinate and participate in internal, corporate, and external audits.
- Conduct GMP and warehouse audits and report findings promptly.
- Monitor key quality metrics like DPMO, RFT, and COPQ, and develop improvement action plans.
- Ensure compliance with validations including Line, product, CCP, and OPRP.
Innovation and Learning
- Provide training on GMP, Food Safety, FSSC 22000, and FSSAI to shop floor employees.
