Welcome to the world of Two Brothers Organic Farm (TBOF) which was started in 2013 (registered later) in the quest to find alternate solutions to the problems that seem pertinent and growing with regards to Agriculture, Soil fertility, Good chemical free food, and a sustainable lifestyle. At Two Brothers we run an organic farm where we breed indigenous cows and grow fruits, vegetables, processed foods and dairy products organically. Certified organic with Ecocert. TBOF was started by Satyajit and Ajinkya – Both MBA’s who did the corporate rung for nearly a decade and then decided to go back to their roots and experiment with agriculture their first love.

Position: Traceability Executive
Location: Indapur / Pune
Are you passionate about building transparent, farmer-first value chains? Join us to lead farm-to-fork traceability management, farmer engagement, and agro-processing coordination at the intersection of tech, sustainability, and agriculture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage our Traceability App across procurement, logistics, and processing; support field teams for farmer onboarding and troubleshooting.
- Strengthen farmer networks through field visits, training, and digital adoption.
- Coordinate with agro-processing partners for quality, compliance, and certification standards (Organic, GlobalGAP, residue-free, etc.).
- Monitor KPIs on farmer engagement, supply chain traceability, and processing efficiency.
- Support business scale across milk, wheat, oilseeds, and spices with transport and BMC integration.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Experience in farmer engagement, traceability systems, agro-processing, or agri-tech.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in both field and office environments.
- Familiarity with ERP/app tools and certification processes preferred.
