We are looking for an NPD Executive to drive end-to-end new product development at Farmley, a leading healthy snacking company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product development from concept to commercialization.
- Conduct lab and plant trials, shelf-life studies, and sensory evaluations.
- Research market trends, consumer insights, and competitor products.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with R&D, QA, Procurement, Marketing & Production teams.
- Optimize formulations, cost, and processes for scalability.
- Prepare and maintain product specifications and documentation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Food Technology/Food Science
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (food industry preferred)
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
