Are you passionate about chemistry and hands-on product development? Do you have an exceptional eye for detail and enjoy the process of turning ingredients into innovation? If so, we want you on our team. 🤝
We are looking for Formulator for our FMCG lab who will be responsible for preparing formulations as per specified recipes, mixing and topping up ingredients, and adjusting pH levels to meet product standards. You will play a vital role in monitoring the stability and behavior of formulations, tracking critical changes such as phase separation, odor shifts, precipitation, and more.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a lab environment, has a strong attention to detail, and is comfortable with both practical formulation work and digital documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Biochemistry or B.Tech./ BE in Chemical Engineering and must have basic understanding of chemistry or formulation science.
2. 1-3 years of experience in working with standard laboratory equipment
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint-Ability to update data, modify spreadsheets, and clearly document formulation findings
