One unique product we offer is Jam Slices, inspired by convenience and made possible with CFTRI’s expertise. Our partnership with CFTRI also brings forth Carbonated Fruit Juices, combining the appeal of fizzy drinks with the nutritional value of whole fruits.
Our ISO 22000 and HACCP-certified manufacturing unit produces 3 tons of jam daily. Find our products in leading supermarkets and online platforms. We are exploring opportunities for serving health supplements in government programs and expanding into new product segments with a focus on beverages and sauces.

Jams like Fusion Jams Enriched with Omega-3 & Diabetic Friendly Jams.
Also, into superfoods like Chia Seeds & Quinoa Seeds based Cookies and Granola Energy Bars
Responsibilities:
- Monitor FSSC 22000 Documentation
- Should have knowledge of Chemical lab testing procedures
- Responsible for overall Quality Assurance & Quality Control of products
- Analysis of raw materials and finished products as per specification and documentation of results
- Perform Line clearance, Monitoring of CCPs, OPRPs, batch coding and other in-process checks
- Documentation of Root Cause Analysis, CAPA implementation
- Ensure testing of finished goods as per standard sampling & test method with correct documentation.
- Periodic verification of process records, incoming quality check records, ingredient shelf-life records, in-process quality check records
- Ensure basic hygiene, food safety & GMP requirements are complied with in manufacturing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Science/ Food Technology
- Minimum 1+ Year experience in Quality and testing of RM/PM/FG.
- FOSTAC Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Knowledge of current practices in the food quality testing
- Good Communication and Presentation skills
- Languages: English, Kannada, Hindi
