About the Role:
We are seeking Food Technology students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in quality assurance through real-time process monitoring on the production floor. This role offers practical exposure to online quality control in a fast-paced chocolate and confectionery manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and process parameters (e.g., temperature, weight, viscosity) on the production lines.
- Conduct in-process checks for product and packaging specifications (weight, shape, seal integrity, labeling, etc.).
- Record and report online deviations, escalate issues to supervisors, and support corrective actions.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with GMP, GHP, and food safety standards during production.
- Participate in daily quality meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor Quality in the shift as per the standards specified.
Learning Opportunities:
- Practical exposure to real-time process quality control
- Understanding of online quality checkpoints in chocolate/confectionery production.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations such as FSSAI, ISO 22000, and HACCP.
- Hands-on experience in implementing quality systems and audits.
