We (Rollick) require candidate Assistant Factory Supervisor
Location: Ranchi (Jharkhand).
(1) Preferred Industry Type: ICE-CREAM/BEVERAGE/FROZEN FOOD
(2) Educational Qualifications: GRADUATE/BTECH/DIPLOMA
(3) Work Experience: 4-7 YEARS
(4) Candidate must be comfortable with the night shifts.
(5) Proven experience of 5years & above working in a supervisory role within a food manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of factory workers, including scheduling and assigning tasks.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Train and develop employees to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and ordering supplies as needed.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Control and Maintenance, to address production issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct reconciliation of all packing & Raw materials on daily basis and compile at the end of the shift.
- Assist & coordinate with the factory Supervisor in terms of production, quality, cost, delivery, technical and safety.
Salary Range – 50 k – 55 k (Monthly).
