Maalav Mahila Milk Producer Company was incorporated on 18th August, 2017 under Part IX A of companies Act 1956 with an aim to bring socio economic change in the life of rural poor. The company has started its business operations from 1st July 2018, with mere 1667 members as the shareholders of the company.
The operations of the company are spread over Rajgarh, Shivpuri, Guna, Datia and Sheopur districts of Madhya Pradesh. Over a period of time, the company has received an overwhelming response from the milk producers of the area and it has mobilized around 23,000 plus members till date. At present, the company is procuring 1,00000 ltr of fresh raw milk from its registered producer members who are spread across 750 villages of Madhya Pradesh, particularly in Rajgarh district.
The main objective of the Company is to carry on the business of procuring, pooling, processing and marketing of milk to create maximum value for its shareholders and at the same time provide the best quality milk and milk products to the customers.

Qualification-
1. Graduate in Dairy/Food/Science disciplines
2. Post Graduation in Dairy Technology
3. Graduate in science (Chemistry / Microbiology)
Experience-
1. 0-5 Years of Experience
2. Experience in working in rural areas desirable
CTC Range- As per your experience.
Responsibilities-
1. Raw Milk Analysis: Conducting various tests on raw milk samples.
2. Laboratory Management: Maintaining laboratory equipment, preparing reagents, and ensuring GLP/GMP compliance.
3. Testing & Results: Performing tests according to established methods, analyzing results, and reporting to the Quality Executive.
4. Hygiene & Sanitation: Supervising cleaning and sanitization procedures at the BMC. Monitoring pest control activities.
5. Milk Reception & Dispatch: Checking incoming milk tankers and ensuring proper dispatch procedures are followed.
6. Waste Management: Proper disposal of waste materials.
7. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of tests and other relevant information.
